The Youth Opportunities Festival "IMPULSS" is the result of the work of the Zemgale Learning and Innovation Laboratory. It took place on April 25, 2025. With specialists working together with young people, an event was created that is dedicated to expanding youth opportunities and disseminating information about support services in the city and region of Jelgava.
The festival was attended by about 80 people. During the day, young people learned about some of the services and opportunities available to them in the city and region of Jelgava. The event had an informal atmosphere, specialists and young people could get to know each other, talk, ask questions and receive answers. These were not formal presentations where young people play the role of passive listeners, but direct conversations where both parties are equally actively involved.
