Community meeting #3
On February 21, 2025, a final community meeting was held in Jelgava, bringing together young people and representatives of support organizations to jointly evaluate what has been achieved so far and determine the next steps. The goal of the meeting was to summarize experience and suggestions, as well as continue to develop cooperation in order to provide effective support to young people.
The “LINK” project is coming to an end. During its implementation, several community meetings have been held, where young people and representatives of various organizations met to address various situations and discuss possible solutions, listening to both sides. The main goal of the community meetings is to strengthen mutual support and introduce the services offered to young people in the city and region of Jelgava.
This final event also addressed important issues, including a collaborative resource map that will help unify resources and support for young people. Results and changes that have occurred so far and what still needs to be improved were discussed.
The event was attended by representatives from various organizations that provide support to young people in the city and region of Jelgava, as well as 10 young people from local schools, to actively participate and learn more about opportunities to implement their ideas and solve current problems.
