LINK is a transnational Erasmus plus project which consists of the coloured countries on the map above including the European social network (ESN).
LINK create a network of learning and innovationlabb in Europa which makes possible for sharing of experiences and support in common challenges concerning demography and implementation of integrated care and social services.
The goal with the project is to test a new model for learning- and innovation lab. Several learning and innovation labs in Europe will build a network between universities and organisations that use or want to use learning and innovation lab to meet the future challenges in social work. The purpose is to build a model for learning and innovation lab and to create a network of labs. This in order to contribute to the development of services and of sharing of best practice between partners in LINK project. LINK project also aims to integrated care and social work.
