Introduction
An important starting point in learning and innovation labs is to involve a broader range of stakeholders in the design of new and better-adapted solutions. But how do you make space for others' voices and perspectives? How can you overcome interdepartmental or professional boundaries? How do you engage with non-professional partners and stakeholders, including local communities? And how can you involve user groups in shaping the solutions? In this learning unit we will introduce some tools and methods for involving stakeholders, understanding challenges and generating ideas.
